A smart and very motivated Junior High School student, Master Kelvin Odartei has built a working car from scratch to the amazement of many.
The video showcasing the car has gone viral on social media and many are calling on the government to throw its support behind the young men.
The video had Kelvin standing by his car and starting it to the admiration of onlookers and sat in with overhanging doors that were brought down with the press of a button.
Kelvin Odartei is an 18-Yr-Old BECE graduate of Cosmos International School.
