Ghanaian rapper Joey B has asked his fans to make better use of their airtime, rather than voting for him.
The sensational artiste who raked in three nominations at this year’s VGMAs says this year’s awards event looks scary and hence entreats his fans to rather use their credit to call family members.
He has been nominated for Hip-Hop Song of the Year, Best Video of the Year and Hip-Life/Hip-Hop Artiste of the Year.
Joey B was replying to a tweet from a fan who could not hide his love for him, hence assuring him of his vote 100%, the fan wrote:
“@1RealJoeyB JOEY B THIS VGMA I SWEAR I GO VOTE FOR U ABOUT 1000 TIMES …JOEY B U ARE FOREVER MY BOSS I PRAY U LIVE LONGER FOR ME TO SEE U SAAA I LOVE U DADDY”
He was quick to reply saying:
“use your credit to call loved ones. 2020 is scary. “
