Black Avenue Muzik signee, Nina Ricchie has explained why her ex label mates left the record label.

The 29-year-old artiste indicated that she thinks her label mates were not patient enough and that was the reason for their departure from the label.

Speaking in an interview on 3FM’s Drive with Giovanni Caleb, Nina Ricchie said, she was particularly very comfortable at Black Avenue and had no plans of leaving the label anytime soon.

She said: “People don’t have patience. In this industry, you have to have patience. Things don’t happen overnight. If it happens that way, then you are lucky. But the industry generally requires patience. You have to have a lot of it.”

“My label mates who left didn’t have patience. I don’t know what the issue was with them but personally, I’m good here. Although I’ve been approached by other labels, I’m not considering leaving.” Nina added

Black Avenue Musiq was recently hit with the exit of female rapper Freda Rhymz, Wisa Greid, Kobla Jnr and Dahlin Gage.

The label headed by rapper and business mogul, D Black currently manages female artistes S3fa, Nina Richie and Ms Forson
