Ghanaian rapper, Michael Takyi-Frimpong, popularly known as Lord Paper has said unlike his colleague artiste Kuami Eugene, he does not sample any of his songs.
Speaking in an interview on Zylofon Fm, the ‘Asa Bone’ hit maker sought to make the clarification when asked if samples any of his songs.
He also referred to the recent activities of Lynx Entertainment signees on social media and that was when he said:
“Unlike he samples other people’s music, I don’t do that. Like it’s known and it’s not like he will even deny it … like, its a fact that he samples a lot of people’s lyrics in his song. It’s normal.”
Lord Paper went on to advice Kuami to be original and desist from the act.
“I didn’t use any of Daddy Lumba’s lyrics,” he said when responding to allegations that Kuami Eugene sampled Daddy Lumba’s ‘Ankwanoma’ song just to outshine him.
