How many kids were around when Jesus turned water to wine? – Shatta Wale to FDA

Shatta Wale has launched fresh attacks on the Food and Drugs Authority over their decision to ban celebrities from advertising alcoholic beverages in Ghana.

The FDA had said that the directive is in line with a World Health Organization policy to protect minors from alcoholism.

Ranting on the issue on social media, Shatta Wale attacked the FDA claiming their reasons for banning celebrities is just laughable.

The artiste argued that the claim that children look up to celebrities is not a tangible reason for celebrities to be banned from getting deals.

He rather suggested that identification cards can be used as a check when selling alcoholic beverages.

Shatta Wake further argued that when Jesus Christ turned water into wine, there were many children around him.

“FDA is saying children look up to us,” Shatta Wale tweeted.

“Was alcohol invented during our time? Since Moses’ time in the Bible. When Jesus was turning water into wine, did you know how many children were around?”, he quizzed.

Wendy Shay, Stonebwoy, Edem and other celebrities have also taken on the FDA for the ban on celebrities advertising alcoholic beverages.
