The actress is said to have passed out while dancing with her husband at the ceremony in East Legon, Accra.
Medikal and Fella Makafui have been dating for over a year after the rapper broke up with Sister Derby.
When news went round that Medikal and Fella Makafui were getting married on March 7, 2020, many doubted the news.
Some claimed that the two were up to a new publicity stunt to promote their brands.
