Ghanaian actress, Gloria Sarfo has pleaded with authorities in the country to close the airports, schools and most public places.
She captioned her post on Instagram:

The Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyemang-Manu yesterday announced that two persons who returned to Ghana – a Norwegian and a Ghanaian who reside in Turkey – tested positive for the coronavirus after laboratory results from the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research.
He said: “the two patients are stable and have been kept in isolation.”
The Minister revealed that the Ministry of Health and other relevant state agencies have begun tracing individuals the two patients have gotten in contact with.
Mr Agyemang Manu assured Ghanaians that “the Government of Ghana together with all health partners will continue to work assiduously to ensure the situation is contained.”
Meanwhile, the Minister of Information, Kwadwo Oppong Nkrumah, has said the government will declare its position on travel and gathering restrictions at 12pm today, after a crunch meeting with the president early today
