Actor and politician John Dumelo has offered to help in the fight against coronavirus in his constituency, Ayawaso West Wuogon.
The New Democratic Congress’ (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency gifted the officers of the Ayawaso West police items to fight coronavirus.
These items included hand sanitizers, soaps, gloves and other materials needed to combat the virus.
He handed the items to five police stations on March 17, 2020 in the constituency.
John Dumelo said the constituency needs to protect those who protect them.
“All 5 police stations across the Ayawaso West constituency today received Veronica buckets, hand sanitizers, detergents and hand gloves to help them stay protected against the Corona Virus since they come in contact with people every day. We need to protect those who protect us”, he wrote after sharing photos of the donation.
John Dumelo also promised to share 3000 sanitizers to his constituents amidst the coronavirus scare.
