Reports coming in indicate the Ghana Police Service has started deploying personnel to some major cities ahead of a possible lockdown in Ghana.
This comes in the wake of the increasing coronavirus cases and the calls to restrict movement in the country.
Documents that have emerged indicate that a lockdown is expected in Accra, Kumasi, Tema and Obuasi.
The lockdown is also expected to continue to other cities if the situation doesn’t imporve.
President Akufo-Addo will address the nation on the evening of March 27.
