Veteran music producer, Zapp Mallet seems to have descended on rapper Sarkodie for comparing him with some other music producers.
This comes after the rapper had asked the veteran to join a challenge for music producers.
Sarkodie had compared the legendary Zapp Mallet with relatively young producers like MOG Beatz, Kaywa and Appeitus.
The challenge requires that music producers and musicians challenge each other to hits they have produced.
It appears Zapp Mallet is not happy with the comparison with these relatively young music producers.
The sound engineer took to Twitter to indirectly jab Sarkodie for calling on him to join the challnege.
“There is something called respect which is lacking in Ghana today. For instance, you don’t compare somebody who was churning out hits before you made Kindergarten with your mate who just started a couple of years back. Show some respect, You will also get there”, he wrote.
Sarkodie is yet to respond to Zapp Mallet’s comment on Twitter.
