Some disappointed residents of Atwima Koforidua in Atwima Nwabiagya North constituency of the Ashanti region booed and chased the member of parliament for their area out of their town.
The MP who doubles as the Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Benito Owusu-Bio was chased out for the Koforidua town for failing to honour his campaign promises not visiting the constituency.
Sources say, Mr. Owusu-Bio since becoming the MP for the area in 2005 has not shown any sign of care about the welfare of people in the Koforidua township and constituency.
