A video trending currently captures a policeman heavily lambasting a man, believed to be a Chinese, for flouting the lockdown directive in Ghana.
The video is said to have been recorded days before President Akufo-Addo lifted the three-week lockdown on April 19, 2020.
It appears the Chinese moved out from his home and on his way back encountered the policeman.
The officer was angry that the man had flouted the lockdown directive.
He strongly warned the man while blaming the Chinese people for spreading the coronavirus.
