I downloaded WhatsApp because of you – Keri Hilson tells Stonebwoy

American R&B singer, Keri Hilson, says she had to download messaging platform, WhatsApp, in order to communicate with Ghanaian artiste Stonebwoy.

She makes this revelation after collaborating with the Ghanaian on his ‘Anloga Junction’ album.

Keri Hilson featured on the track titled ‘Nominate’ on the latest project by Stonebwoy.

In a live Instagram chat with Stonebwoy, the American singer disclosed that she installed WhatsApp to enable her stay in touch with the Ghanaian artiste.

“I downloaded WhatsApp for you [Stonebwoy]”, she told Stonebwoy.

Keri Hilson also explained how she got connected to Stonebwoy for them to work together.

“I was on the plane from LA to Atlanta and a guy called Delsidi said he was friends with Sarkodie and Stonebwoy”

“He eventually said he knew the guys and was wondering if I’d love to collaborate so I said why not.

“Then he called Stonebwoy and made the connection and we took it from there,” she said.

Keri Hilson during the chat also promised to perform at Stonebwoy’s BHIM Concert in Ghana.
