Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has released postings of some fifteen thousand six hundred and nine (15,609) newly-trained teachers for the 2019/2020 service year to various schools across the country to undertake their mandatory one-year national service.
In a statement released by the Executive Director of NSS, Mustapha Ussif, he said, the prospective service personnel as well the general public are to note that, registration and validation is set to begin on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
The newly trained teachers who have been posted are individuals who registered for the national service. They are requested to log onto the Scheme’s website to check their placements and proceed to the various NSS registration centres across the country to complete their registration process.
Management of the scheme urged all posted personnel to accept their placements and consider it as part of their contribution towards building a prosperous Ghana.
Personnel are to note that, the 2019/2020 service year officially starts on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
