A video making rounds captures a man trying to take over the job of fire service officers during a rescue mission.
The Ghanian man tried to take the water spraying device from an officer.
It is believed that the man was among residents whose houses had been razed down by the fire.
Some residents could be heard yelling at the man to stop distracting the fire service officers.
