Medikal is not happy that about nine months after his performance at the 2019 3Music Awards, organizers have failed to pay him in full.
The artiste is said to have received a part payment before his performance and organizers promised to pay him the balance after his performance.
After several months, Medikal reveals that the organizers have failed to honor their promise.
In an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Medikal told the C.E.O of 3Music Awards, Sadiq Abdulai, never to think he can take them for a ride.
‘I don’t want anyone to take me or a brother for a fool. If Sadiq feels like he is smart and has outsmarted me, and doesn’t want to give me my balance after fulfilling my part of the deal, he should keep it. I leave everything to God. I won’t ask him about it. God will be our judge.”, he said.
Medikal stated that he has never swindled any event organizer so he doesn’t expect Sadiq to take him for a fool.
“I respect everybody. I don’t take anyone for a fool. I’ve never been paid for a show and never showed up. It has never happened’, he stressed.
Earlier, Medikal and Joey B took to their Twitter pages to complain that Sadiq Abdulai had failed to pay them their monies.
”Sadiq, you still no pay me, no take man for a fool”, Medikal tweeted.
Joey B also indicated that he had also not received his money with a reply to Medikal’s tweet that reads ‘“Accra is small”.
