The second edition of the annual Accra Beer Festival has been held at the Memory Lane Art Park in Accra on Friday 6th of December. The Accra Beer Festival is the Ghanaian version of the West Africa Beer Festival.

The main motive of the festival was to showcase Ghana’s beverages and cuisines whilst educating the general public on intake and general health benefits of beer.

Accra Beer Festival is not only for passionate beer lovers but also for all stakeholders in the beverage industry. It sets the platform for all local and foreign beers in the country to showcase their products, have the opportunity to interact directly with their consumers by introducing their new beer products and make good sales at a very affordable price.

Patrons of the festival were treated to great music, lots of food and had a lot of fun dancing and interacting with each other.

Activities for the day included; beer pong, beer competition, spin and win, networking, beer tasting, beer education and many more.

Accra beer festival is here to stay and organisers have assured patrons next year’s will be filled with a lot more fun and games. You, however, have to be 18 years and above to attend.
