Following claims that Cardi B ignored Ghanaian celebrities who had converged for a meet and greet with her, the singer says she was not informed of the arrangement.
Several celebrities were outraged on Sunday after waiting for hours at the Kempinski Hotel to be hosted, only for the Grammy award-winning rapper not to show up. In fact, she was seen enjoying khebab by the pool.
But Cardi B, who was later seen getting her hair done in a video, said event planners failed to inform her of the meeting ahead of her concert set to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Angered by the insults hurled at her on social media for allegedly disregarding the Ghanaian folks, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper clapped back at her detractors.
Cardi B explained that she had a tummy upset after eating by the pool and had to rush back into her hotel room but was surprised to see insulting comments all over the internet.
She also promised to turn up at the club after her performance with celebrities who exercised patience just to see amid the controversy.
