Rapper Awal Mohammed known simply as Awal is optimistic of great things despite slow career growth.
Over the years, the young artist has been unable to grab the needed attention after participating in two music reality shows.
He has participated in TV3’s Talented Kidz and MTN Hitmaker shows.
Awal has urged Ghanaians to continue supporting him as he has recently released a video for his song ‘Yenda’.
The rapper took the chance to also appreciate Sarkodie for the years of “great mentorship” and contribution to his career.
When asked where he sees himself in 5 years to come he said,” I can’t imagine myself because you people are patronizing my work, the support has been there since day one.
“So I believe in some years to come I’ll be able to attain a higher level with my career”.
Awal explained that his education slowed down his progress for sometime but he is doing music full-time now.
