Musician cum politician, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus says he is no longer a member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The artist had campaigned for Akufo-Addo and the NPP to come to power in 2016.
According to him, he is disappointed in the ruling party for some actions taken.
A Plus revealed he is no longer a member of the NPP and he won’t join the NDC because they are all the same.
‘I am no longer a member of the NPP. NPP and NDC they don’t tell the truth’, he told Ola Michael on Neat FM.
The artist has formed The People’s Project (TPP) with the aim of mobilizing the youth to influence election outcomes.
The People’s Project is ”a formidable, non-partisan and non-violent Ghanaian third force cum social movement established to demand for social goals and constitutional reforms that serves the best interest of the good people of Ghana”.
