Ailing Ghanaian actor Prince Yawson better known as Waakye has refuted claims that he was abandoned in his ailment by his party; the New Patriotic Party.
According to the actor, the party did come to his aid when he called on them and hence cannot understand why anyone will say otherwise including A PLus.
Not too long ago, musician turned politician, Kwame A Plus revealed that he would wish to organize fundraising for the veteran actor, however, he cannot understand why the actor appears to have been abandoned by the NPP; a party he is a staunch supporter of.
However, in an interview on Kofi TV, Waakye claimed that certain bigwigs in the NPP reached out to him after they heard about his plight.
