It is now clear that there is a sour relationship between Highlife artistes Kojo Antwi and Kwaisey Pee.
In an recent interview on Hitz FM, Kwaisey Pee opened up on how the veteran Highlife musician has treated him over the years.
Kwaisey Pee revealed that for several years, he was Kojo Antwi’s errand boy.
”I used worked with Kojo Antwi back in the 90s. I used to be the ‘fufu pounder’. I used to be the boy-boy in the house”, he said.
He added that he sometimes rehearses with Kojo Antwi’s band in his absence.
”I used to sing when himself doesn’t sing during rehearsals”, he stated.
The “Mehia Odo” hitmaker however disclosed that Kojo Antwi in several interviews has denied knowing his supposed errand boy.
”I’ve listened to couple of his interviews, they ask him about me and he goes like ‘I don’t know him but I’ve heard his songs”, he said
Kwaisey Pee seems hurt by Kojo Antwi’s comments about him after several years of serving the ‘music maestro’.
The singer is disappointed because he took the veteran artiste as his role model while growing up and dreaming of becoming a musician.
