Ghanaian hiplife legend, Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko, better known as Obrafour or Ghana rap Sofour, has revealed the kind of legacy he wants to leave behind in the music industry.
Since his debut onto the Ghanaian music scene, Obrafuor has risen to be one of Ghana’s most respected artist due to his clean lyrics in music.
Obrafuor makes a conscious effort to make music devoid of insults and vulgar words and is best known for his Akan proverbs that eloquently relay his message to his fans.
Speaking in an interview, Obrafuor revealed that what he wishes to be remembered for, is to be the musician who came into the scene and stayed with his belief and did good songs devoid of insults and profanity.
In his words, he said, “My belief is to do music good music devoid of profanity…”
