Rufftown music signee, Wendy Shay, held her annual Shay concert at the West Hills Mall. Fans of the artist and other billed acts for the night flooded the mall and made the event an absolutely amazing one.
Patrons of the event enjoyed themselves as they were treated to great music from all their favourite artists.
The highlight of the night, however, was when Wendy Shay pulled out wads of cash and splashed it on her excited fans.
Everyone went crazy with excitement as Wendy made it rain some money on them.
