Technical hitches nearly mar Sarkodie’s 2019 Rapperholic

Ghana’s most prominent rap artiste, Sarkodie, staged his anticipated concert dubbed ‘Rapperholic’ on December 25 at the Grand Arena.

This year’s event was most anticipated because the rapper had themed it the ‘Unstoppable’ edition.

JiveGH.com gathers that the concert however couldn’t totally live up to its theme due to a number of technical hitches.

Though hitches are expected at such concerts, some fans were disappointed when the sound went off for about 30 minutes before Sarkodie appeared on stage.

During this period, no artiste or MC mounted the stage leaving patrons to wonder what was happening.

Organizers also failed to explain the long pause that had caused some fans to step out of the auditorium.

This year’s Rapperholic witnessed performances from Sarkodie, Tulenkey, Prince Bright, Yaw Berk, Mr Drew, Donzy, Kofi Mole, Edem and a host of other performers.
