Senegalese singer Akon, has declared Sarkodie as the biggest artiste in Ghana.
Akon who is currently on holidays in Ghana was asked at a press conference organised Bola Ray’s Live FM which three artistes he thought had put Ghana music on the map.
Akon in his response stated that he was not very good with names but the only person in his opinion who has reached the top with his music is Sarkodie.
Over the years, Akon has spoken highly of Ghana and has even adviced Ghanaians in the diaspora to start investing in the country because it has a lot of potential.
He has also started a project to provide light in several villages in his home nation Senegal.
