The Ghana National Team, the Black Stars, have arrived safely in Toronto ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup Group L fixture against Panama.

The delegation landed on Monday afternoon following a strategic pre-tournament residential camp in the United States.

The camp, which followed the international friendly against Wales, provided Head Coach Carlos Queiroz and his backroom staff with the opportunity to finalise tactical strategies and optimise player conditioning.

Notably, the 26-man squad is fully fit with no injury concerns reported. The team is scheduled to conduct an official training session at BMO Field on Tuesday evening.

The Black Stars will commence their World Cup campaign against Panama on Wednesday, June 17, at 7:00 PM ET.

This marks Ghana’s fifth appearance in the global showpiece and the first competitive meeting between the two nations.

Ghana will subsequently face England at Gillette Stadium in Boston on June 23.
