Mercy Tagoe reappointed Black Queens coach

Mercy Tagoe has been reappointed as head coach of the senior national female team, Black Queens.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) confirmed the news on their website on Tuesday afternoon.

Tagoe was among the affected coaches when the GFA announced the dissolved the technical teams of the all the national teams.

She will be assisted by Charles Anokye Frimpong with Nana Sinasen as the Physical trainer.

Other members of the technical team are Raymond Fenny – Goalkeepers trainer, Dr. Caryn Agyeman Prempeh –  Team Doctor, Margaret Foli – Physiotherapist, Anita Wiredu Minta – Welfare manager, Patience Nana A.  Quarshie and Kusi Thomas – Equipment Managers.

GFA also announce coaches for other female national teams. Yusif Basigi has been renamed as U-20 Black Princesses coach with Baba Nuhu and Joyce Boatey- Agyei taking charge of the U-17 Black Maidens and U-17 teams respectively.
