Ghanaian singer, Sista Afia is remorseful for including sexually explicit lyrics in some of her songs.

During her recent interview on Hitz FM’s DaybreakHitz with Andy Dosty, the artiste was speechless when she heard finalists of Adom TV’s kids music reality show, Nsoromma, sing her song titled ‘Weather’.

In that tune that many have described as profane, Sista Afia takes fans through the love-making process in the bedroom.

The song features Medikal, who also took the profanity a notch higher with his sexually explicit rap lines about rough sex.

After hearing the kids sing the lyrics of ‘Weather’, she promised to take caution whenever composing songs for public consumption.

‘’I will be honest, I think when the vibe is there, you feel like this is the right thing to put in. But when you bring it out and kids are singing it and you be like no, I think I can do better’’

‘’Today it is proven to me that I can actually do better. The songs that I have plan to release are songs that the kids can sing to’’, she said.

Sista Afia, however, was quick to add that she will not completely omit sexually explicit content from her songs.

‘I am not saying I am stopping. It is not stopping….the things….the little bit of sexy vibes’, she added.

The singer is out with a new song titled ‘Paper’ which features Nigerian artiste, Victor AD.
