Afia Schwarzenegger reacts to reports of arrest

Controversial on-air personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has descended on bloggers over claims that she had been arrested by personnel of the Ghana Police Service.

JiveGH.com, yesterday reported the arrest of Afia by the CEO of P-Mobile Communications Limited, Philip Kwame Brobbey based on some defamatory comments she made.

According to sources, Afia Schwarzenegger made the defamatory statement against the telecommunication company and its CEO on Instagram.

The writ filed against, Afia showed she was being sued for a sum of GHS 50,000 for some damaging statements against Brobbey and his company despite fulfilling their contractual obligations when Afia Schwarzenegger was signed as brand ambassador in 2018.

Responding to the viral news, Afia clarified that she was merely invited by the police and not arrested as bloggers published.

She then went on to rain insults and curses on those who spread the malicious report.
