President Akufo-Addo has extended the partial lockdown in Ghana by one more week.
An initial two-week lockdown was expected to end on April 13.
The President announced an extension of the lockdown in his address to the nation on Thursday.
Ghana has confirmed 378 coronavirus cases as at Thursday, April 9, 2020.
The country moved from 313 to 378 cases on Thursday.
Also, six coronavirus patients have lost their lives according to the Ghana Health Service.
The new figures come in the wake of enhanced contact tracing to identity and test people who may have contracted the virus.
