Both engineers have churned out bangers that have lingered on for so long and been enjoyed by many music lovers across the country.
The first face-off in the #BehindDaHitz trend, started by the king of rap, Sarkodie, had veteran music producer, Appietus face Jay Q.
Both engineers did a tremendous job reminding Ghanaians of just what they were capable of, in a live Instagram video that raked in over 7,000 views.
Despite the phenomenal display, Appietus was eventually crowned legend of the night.
Tonight at 7 pm (GMT), Richie battles it out with Killbeatz to ascertain who deserves the crown.
