Ghanaian gospel musician, Celestine Donkor, has come to the aid of Ghanaians in the wake of the unreasonable prices of hand sanitizers in town.
There has been a mad rush for the personal sanitizing agents after the government announced the confirmation of 6 cases of Covid-19 in the country.
Some unscrupulous merchants are cashing in big on the demand for the product and have hiked prices by as much as 400% per cent on some brands of hand sanitizers.
However, thanks to the benevolence of gospel musician, Celestine Donkor, she has made a four-minute DIY (Do It Yourself)video, depicting how the ordinary Ghanaian can prepare the sanitizers him or herself for personal use.
Speaking in the video, Celestine who juggles the production of soaps and antiseptics with her music career says, she had also the hike in prices and decided to help in her own little way.
