The chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has been spotted dancing to ‘Onaapo’.
Chairman Wontumi, in a video believed to have been recorded after the NPP won the elections in 2016, was seen dancing energetically to the tune.
‘Onaapo’ served as the campaign song for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and their flagbearer, John Mahama, in 2016.
Some believe the NPP executive danced to the tune to mock NDC after their defeat.
