Chalom Hights celebrates first PowerSide anniversary

Chalom Hights, an organization dedicated to women’s empowerment, celebrated its one-year milestone with the impactful “PowerSide” mentorship and leadership event.

Held at the Airport View Event Center, the gathering brought together ambitious young professionals and seasoned female leaders for an evening of strategic mentorship and candid dialogue.

The event focused on the theme “Power, Purpose, and Presence,” framing discussions around building confidence, intentionality, and influential leadership.

Ten selected mentees, representing Chalom Hights’ inaugural empowerment cohort, engaged directly with accomplished mentors from diverse industries.

A highlight was the speed mentorship session, where mentees received focused, one-on-one advice on career progression, personal branding, and navigating corporate challenges.

This was complemented by a high-impact panel discussion, where veteran leaders shared insights on building credibility, managing career transitions, and thriving in leadership roles.

“PowerSide represents everything Chalom Hights stands for creating access, building confidence, and reminding women that they already carry the power they seek,” said Founder Rita Adu Boateng.

“When women are clear on their purpose and intentional about their presence, they do not just occupy spaces; they transform them.”

Chalom Hights plans to evolve PowerSide into a sustained platform featuring structured cohorts, skill-building masterclasses, and long-term mentorship engagements.

PowerSide underscores Chalom Hights’ commitment to moving beyond inspiration to actionable guidance, reinforcing the tangible impact of community and intentional mentorship for women in Ghana’s professional landscape.
