Ghanaian artiste, Kawoula Biov has expressed his dissatisfaction at being ignored by organisers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Charter House.
According to Kawoula Biov, his song with ‘One Corner’ coroner, Patapaa was a massive hit in 2019 and dominated the airwaves for a very long time.
Organisers of the event , however, did not consider the song ‘Davi Ne Ba’ (Scopatomana) for an award.
He expressed his disappointment with the organisers of the VGMAs on Accra100.5FM’s Nkran Kwanso hosted by Dr Kay, for failing to recognise his song.
He said : “I am very disappointed in Charter house for dropping my music.”
He added that it was one of the most popular songs.
“I picked a form for the popular song of the year and the best collaboration of the year but the award board dropped all,” Kawoula said.
The artiste says he has since dedicated his new song titled ‘Bloque’ to VGMA, and anyone trying to dull his shine in the music industry.
