Ghanaian gospel artiste, Empress Gifty has greatly commended the President, for the commitment he has shown in dealing with the coronavirus outbreak in Ghana.
Empress Gifty said the demeanour of the president since the outbreak of COVID-19, shows he is a leader who is going all length to deal with the pandemic.
The artiste went ahead to encourage Ghanaians to support the president by being supportive and especially obedient to his rules.
Empress Gifty who was speaking on Accra FM on Wednesday, April 1 said, COVID-19 is no respecter of persons, hence the need to come together, as a nation, to fight it.
“The fast and prayers that were instituted by the president last week was a good decision and surely, by the grace of God, we shall overcome this problem,” she said.
She added: “At this juncture, we must all come together and help the president, who has shown enough commitment at dealing with the problem.
“This problem is not a problem for Akufo-Addo alone, it is all of us, so, we need to come together.”
