Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah says trolls and criticisms only make her stronger and never daze her.
The actress, who is also a co-host of TV3’s Music Music, does not go a week without being trolled on social media for grammatical slips or wrong pronunciations.
But while her faultfinders may be having a field day ridiculing her shortcomings, Benedicta Gafah says she remains unfazed and rather seized the opportunity to sharpen her hosting skills.
Speaking to the Graphic Showbiz in an interview, she said:
“There is growth in every sphere of our lives and I believe with time, we get better and gain grounds. For my critics, I would say their comments challenge me to get better at what I’m doing.
“They challenge me to do more to get to the top. I’m not bothered by the negatives, rather they keep me focused. You see, I enjoy what I’m doing and for this reason, I am open to constructive criticisms,” she added.
