Fans of music trio, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, will soon hear of collaborations between the gospel group and some secular artistes in Ghana.
According to the group, their fans should look forward to them releasing songs with more secular artistes in 2020.
Daughters of Glorious Jesus state that they don’t discriminate against artistes who produce other genres of music.
“From 2020 you are going to see us inviting and working with secular artists. You will see more of them soon. Amakye Dede, Lumba, Kojo Antwi Pat Thomas. They are all our close friends. Samini even invited us twice to his shows,” they said.
The group marked 30 years in ministry in 2019 with a media tour and a couple of concerts.
Daughters of Glorious Jesus is made up of Mrs. Cynthia Appiadu, Mrs. Edna Sarpong and Mrs. Monica Owusu Ansah.
The group currently has 12 albums and have popular songs including ‘Yesu Mo’, ‘Odomfo’, ‘Bebree’, ‘Woso’, ‘Adedie’, ‘Abba Father’ and ‘Yesu Fata Ayeyi.’
