Darlington Nana Ampofo, better known as Ahkan of defunct Ruff and Smooth group has revealed that Ebony’s hit song ‘Hustle’ originally belonged to the group.
Speaking in an interview, Ahkan revealed the song was composed way back in 2008 and featured Ghana’s rap king Sarkodie.
Unfortunately, the group could never release it, until Bullet gave it out to Ebony in 2017 and then it became an instant hit.
Speaking in the interview he said: “I think, the only song that belong to Ruff and Smooth that Bullet gave out to Ebony was ‘Me Di Wo Dwa.’ We released it before we released Swagger. That was the only song he gave to her.”
