Edem Agbana to hold 3rd quarterly accountability series

Mr. Eric Edem Agbana, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ketu North, is scheduled to hold his third edition of the Quarterly Accountability Series on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Dzodze Penyi.

The initiative, which forms part of his commitment to transparency and participatory governance, provides a platform for the MP to render an account of his stewardship to the people of Ketu North.

The engagement will highlight his contributions in Parliament, constituency development projects, and outline plans for the final quarter of the year.

Mr. Agbana told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview, that, the upcoming session will not only focus on his parliamentary work and constituency interventions but will also feature presentations from the Ketu North Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Rev. Martin Amenaki.

According to the MCE, his report will capture progress made in key sectors such as infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, and local economic development—covering initiatives undertaken by the Assembly and those carried out in collaboration with the MP’s office.

The Quarterly Accountability Series has become one of the hallmark engagement tools of the Ketu North MP, offering residents a chance to assess their leaders’ performance and share feedback on local development priorities.

The maiden edition was held in Ehi, followed by the second in Dzodze.

The Penyi event, representing the third in the series, will bring together residents and stakeholders from across all four traditional areas of the constituency.

The concluding edition for the year is expected to take place in the Afife Traditional Area.

The event will feature interactive sessions, question-and-answer segments, and detailed presentations on ongoing and upcoming projects aimed at improving livelihoods and strengthening accountability at the local level.
