Media personality, Nana Yaa Brefo, has addressed her fans on social media after her sudden resignation from The Multimedia Group.
The presenter had announced her resignation from Adom TV, one of the channels owned by The Multimedia Group, on May 16.
In a video posted on Instagram, Nana Yaa Brefo expressed profound gratitude to persons who reached out to her upon hearing news of her resignation.
“I thank you all. I want to use this opportunity to say thank you. I knew I was loved but I didn’t know it was this massive,” she said.
“My battery died about three times yesterday. I intentionally put my phone off at some point and they’ve not still stopped calling. I want to say thank you”, she added.
Her resignation came shortly after she received public backlash for an infamous interview with actress Nana Ama McBrown.
Announcing her departure in an Instagram post, Nana Yaa Brefo thanked The Multimedia Group and her fans for their support during her 10 years service.
