Musician Gyedu-Blay Ambolley is reluctant to apologize for his comments against Okyeame Kwame and some other people he claimed were beneficiaries of the GHc2m MUSIGA cash.

This comes after Okyeame Kwame threatened Ambolley with a law suit if he fails to apologize for his statements.

The veteran singer believes that when the executives of MUSIGA are made to account for the money given by government, the truth shall suffice.

“When the accountability is made on the two million Cedis that the government gave to creative arts that ended into the hands of Musiga we will see openly those that benefited from the two million Cedis. I stand by my statement”, he told Ghanaweb.

Ambolley alleges that Bice Osei Kuffour popularly known as Obour gave the cash meant for MUSIGA to a few of his friends who are musicians.

He mentioned Okyeame Kwame, Bessa Simons, Ben Brako and TiC as some of the beneficiaries of the cash.

The veteran artiste alleges that each of them received about GHc 50,000 disguised as a loan.

”When that cash came Obour gave them GHc 50,000 each…all these guys were guys who had surrounded him”, he claimed.

All persons accused by Ambolley have rubbished the claim by the veteran artiste.
