The Inspector-General of has undergone a change of command following a formal handing-over ceremony held at the National Police Training School, Accra.
Outgoing Commander, DSP Bawah Abdul Jalil, hands over to incoming Commander, Superintendent Augustine Dawson Amoah.
Superintendent Amoah will be assisted by three other senior officers whose appointments take immediate effect.
During the ceremony, DSP Bawah Abdul Jalil expressed gratitude to the team for their dedication and urged all personnel to give the new leadership their full cooperation to ensure seamless continuity and sustained operational effectiveness.
