The International Human Rights Observer (IHRO) has called on the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights to take legal action against Ghanaian counsellor, George Lutterodt.

This follows a statement by the Ghanaian, who is popularly known as Counsellor Lutterodt, that rape victims enjoy the act.

Counsellor Lutterodt made the comment during a live program on Adom TV.

IHRO in a press release authorized by the Executive Secretary to its Country Director, Dr. Steven Blessing Ackah, noted that complaints against the counsellor have become many.

“International Human Rights Observer (IHRO) of the United Nations has received many reports on one George Lutterodt known by Ghanaians as Counsellor Lutterodt for various forms of verbal assaults on women, including insults and other forms of intimidations…”

“The IHRO further calls on the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights – Hague to take actions against him…”, excerpts of the statement read.

The organization also wants Counsellor Lutterodt to be banned from appearing on any media platform.
