A child’s rights organization, Child Rights International, has petitioned the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service to investigate Akuapem Poloo.
This comes after the internet sensation born Rosemond Brown, celebrated her only son’s birthday on June 30 in a bizarre way.
She shared a photo of herself posing completely naked in front of her 7-year-old son, Mudasir, who wore a pant.
According to her, she’s naked in front of him because that was how naked she was giving birth to him.
Reacting to the post, Child Rights International, said the act was a violation of the child’s right.
“…we deem this act as a violation of the Welfare Principal of the Children’s Act and abuse to the child rights to privacy and dignity”, an excerpt of the statement said.
Child Rights International has asked that the CID investigates the matter and make Akuapem Poloo face the law.
