Yango driver, Ishmael Adjei has been adjudged the driver of the month for November on the ride app, Yango.
Ishmael says he has been driving cars for as long as he can remember and there is nowhere in Accra his tyres have not touched
Narrating how he got introduced to the ride app, Ishmael says; “After being introduced to Yango by my cousin who also drives, I’ve been with Yango for 5 months now. My favourite thing about the app is how flexible it makes driving. Yango makes it a lot easier to make good money as a driver.”
Kadotien Soro, General Manager of Yango West Africa said, Ishamel was being appreciated for his hard work and exemplary attitude towards his work.
He said, “For every mile crossed with you, for every ride you made delightful and for every single time you put your riders’ comfort ahead of yours, Yango is grateful to you, Ishmael.”
Sharing a few tips with his fellow drivers, Ishames advised them not to decline trips if they can help it, position themselves in places with high demands for rides and to always remember, Mondays and weekends are usually the best days to meet one’s set targets.
