Shatta Wale has defended Stonebwoy following recent social media rants by Samini calling out his protégé.
Samini had stated that it was out of place for Stonebwoy to battle Shatta Wale in an upcoming SoundClash.
The ‘Linda’ hit maker believes that the ‘Kakai’ hit maker belongs to his era and they should have been paired.
Also, Samini stated that he has unresolved issues with Shatta Wale due to their beef some years ago and this led to Shatta Wale attacking Stonebwoy because the ‘Sugar’ singer was in the High Grade camp.
Samini accused his protégé of disloyalty and feels that Stonebwoy should have informed him about the clash or allowed him to face Shatta Wale.
Reacting to Samini’s rants, Shatta Wale jumped to Stonebwoy’s defence and stated that the ‘My Own’ hit maker spoke childishly.
“Stonebwoy is not a small boy…It is very childish for him [Samini] to come out like that”, Shatta Wale said.
The clash between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy on Asaase Radio will be launched on August 4 at 7pm.
