Kumawood actress, Akyere Bruwaa, has called out some of her colleagues for recording videos of themselves while mourning the late actor Bernard Nyarko.
Kumawood stars Lil Win, Yaw Dabo and others have been chaatised for recording themselves while crying.
In reaction to the act by her colleagues, Akyere Bruwaa said it was abnormal to do such a thing.
“My point of view doesn’t te me that I should take a camera and record myself…For me it is not normal to do that but I don’t know for them”, she said.
However, Lil Win says there is nothing wrong about uploading a video of one’s self crying after the death of a colleague.
He said this is response to criticisms that he ‘monetised his tears’ on YouTube following death of the late actor Bernard Nyarko.
Lil Win said he is not the first person to commit such an act and thus he should be spared the backlash.
