Member of the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO) Diana Hopeson, has blamed menopause as the cause of Akosua Adjepong’s constant attacks on the organisation.

The gospel singer believes that her colleague’s unending rants against GHAMRO is as a result of the old age health condition.

Akosua Adjepong has alleged on several occasions that chairman of the rights collection society, Rex Omar, has misappropriated funds.

Diana Hopeson stressed that the series of allegations by Akosua Adjepong against the organization are untrue.

“Her issues with the scheme, sometimes it pains me. The last time I was saying on air that honestly I think it’s menopause,” she said on 3FM.

Diana Hopeson also advised Akosua Adjepong to remain mute about issues she has no knowledge about.

“I respect her, I just love the way she dances, she’s good. If you go to a radio interview and they are interviewing you about your work and you don’t know much about an institution, don’t say what you don’t know”, she added.

The veteran gospel singer revealed that her colleague has been called to order on two occasions but she has refused to heed to advice.
